    We’ll discuss what you’re looking for, collect a brief relevant history and help determine the appropriate next step.

  • Physician Consultation

    $2,000 MXN

    If you decide to continue, we’ll arrange a consultation with our physician for medical assessment and appropriate guidance/referrals.

Medical costs are paid separately to the independent providers and facilities that set them.

Why is there a $700 MXN intake fee?

Providing thoughtful, personalized healthcare navigation takes time.

Your intake allows us to understand what you’re looking for, gather relevant information and determine the appropriate next step.

Charging a modest intake fee also allows us to dedicate our time to people who are seriously exploring healthcare in Mérida.

Is the intake a medical consultation?

No.

The initial intake is conducted by our Patient Coordinator and is for information gathering and healthcare navigation.

Medical assessment and advice begin with the physician consultation.

Do I pay you for surgery?

No.

Independent medical providers and facilities charge their medical fees separately.

Our fees are for our own intake, healthcare-navigation and concierge services.

What if I decide not to proceed?

That’s completely fine.

Completing an intake or physician consultation does not obligate you to receive treatment or purchase concierge services.

Fees for services already provided are not refundable simply because you decide not to proceed.
